Stakphase:
Protocol Tracker

Keep a clear record of the protocol you already follow. Your plan, the events you log, and your observations each keep their own meaning.

The iOS Protocol Tracker is in internal testing through TestFlight. There is no public App Store download yet. The Android product has a different scope.

Protocols and schedules

Record a plan you enter yourself, with daily, weekday, weekly or interval schedules. Changes apply from now or a future date without rewriting earlier dose logs.

Planned and actual doses

Log a scheduled dose, record an unscheduled one, or explicitly skip an entry. Edit actual values with a correction history. Overdue never means taken.

Injection-site history

Select an optional site from the list or front/back body map. Review factual last-use history from your logs. The map does not recommend where to inject or explain an injection technique.

Wellbeing and measurements

Enter optional check-in scores and notes, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate or body fat. Charts show entered observations; they do not diagnose, predict compound levels or interpret treatment.

A timeline of your records

Look back at logs, explicit skips, protocol changes, check-ins and measurements. Local reminders support the schedule you entered.

Control of your data

No mandatory account. Optional app lock and app-preview protection, appearance settings, JSON backup and restore, and dose-history CSV. Tracking records remain local.

A record, not a treatment recommendation

Stakphase does not prescribe a compound, amount, schedule or technique, or determine whether a protocol is appropriate. Site history and charts describe entered records. Use a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
