Scope and contact
These draft terms describe Stakphase and this product website. Contact stakphase@dudna.sk with questions. Store terms also apply to downloads and in-app transactions. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
What the app does
Stakphase records your own protocols, scheduled and actual doses, injection-site history, wellbeing and manual measurements. It displays recorded information and local reminders. It does not prescribe a compound, dose, schedule, injection technique or treatment, and it does not determine whether a protocol is medically appropriate.
Do not use reminders or charts as the sole basis for a health decision. A pending or overdue entry does not establish that a dose was or was not taken outside the app. Charts show entered observations, not measured blood levels or clinical conclusions. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Testing status and availability
The app is currently distributed for internal testing rather than a public store launch. Features and platform availability can change during testing. The website identifies implemented features separately from planned work. There is no guarantee of a launch date or uninterrupted reminder delivery; notifications depend on device permissions and operating-system behavior.
Your records and device
You are responsible for entering accurate records, checking changes, protecting your device and keeping deliberate backups. Do not enter unlawful material or misuse the service. Use is subject to the age requirements in the applicable app listing and law.
Local data is not backed up to a Stakphase account. Removing the app or losing the device can lose records without an export. JSON restores replace local data rather than merge it. CSV is a readable export, not a restore file. App lock and preview hiding are not encryption. Do not share sensitive unencrypted exports unintentionally.
Free access and Premium pricing
During the current internal-testing stage all existing tracking functionality remains accessible without an enforced Premium limit. Optional subscription checkout is being prepared for sandbox tests. Purchasing does not currently unlock additional tracking capabilities. This is not a promise that every future feature will remain free.
The approved base EUR pricing for launch is €4.99 per month or €34.99 per year, with no trial or lifetime purchase currently planned. Localized store prices, taxes, billing periods and the full payable price must be shown in the actual store checkout. Public subscriptions are not offered for purchase on this website. Paid benefits must be disclosed before subscriptions are sold publicly.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
When real subscriptions become available, the selected monthly or annual subscription will renew under the applicable store terms unless cancelled through that store. Uninstalling the app or deleting local data does not cancel renewal. Manage cancellation in the purchasing Apple or Google account. Restore purchases is separate from restoring a local backup.
Refund and withdrawal requests must follow the relevant store process and applicable law. These terms do not state that every purchase is nonrefundable and do not exclude statutory rights for faulty digital services. The final checkout must provide required contract, withdrawal and complaint information; the store’s role does not remove mandatory provider obligations.
Privacy and third parties
The Privacy Policy describes local records, hosting/support information and intended subscription metadata. External links, selected share destinations, device services, Apple/Google checkout and RevenueCat operate under their respective terms. Do not confuse “no mandatory account” with a claim that no personal data is processed.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Stakphase branding, original software and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain your rights in records you enter. The app’s third-party components remain subject to their licenses. Do not copy the brand to impersonate the provider, interfere with the service or use it in a way prohibited by law.
Faults, liability and disputes
Report service problems to stakphase@dudna.sk with the app version, device and a description without unnecessary health details. Consumer rights concerning defects, remedies, refunds and applicable liability remain intact. We do not exclude liability where law prevents exclusion.
Slovak law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country. Competent courts and statutory dispute-resolution rights remain available. Contact us first if possible; where applicable, Slovak consumer alternative dispute resolution can be requested through a competent body. The discontinued EU online-dispute-resolution platform is not a current complaint channel.
Changes and contact
Terms may be updated to reflect product and legal changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory consumer rights. Material changes to a paid service must be notified as required by law and the applicable store agreement. Contact the provider below with questions.
