A protocol is what you planned. A dose log is what you recorded as happening. A measurement is what you entered. Keeping those meanings clear matters more than a manufactured score or a promise about outcomes.
The app supports user-entered recurring protocols, including records associated with TRT, peptides, medications or supplements. It does not select compounds or amounts, verify prescriptions or interpret a protocol’s safety.
Current product, clearly stated
Today, Protocol, Timeline and Health are implemented alongside local reminders, site history, privacy controls and export/restore. The Flow interface uses a restrained teal palette and charts of recorded observations.
A more graphical site interface and store-sandbox checkout are being worked on separately. They are not described here as already released. There is no bloodwork interpretation, AI analysis, modeled compound-level chart or Stakphase cloud sync in the current product.
