Write down an existing plan clearly
Start with the plan you already follow or have received. Give it a name that means something to you, and keep the recorded details consistent with your original information. If your notes use different units or abbreviations, resolve that ambiguity before treating them as a dependable history.
A tracker can organize a plan, but it cannot confirm that the plan is appropriate. Refer questions about treatment or substance use to a qualified healthcare professional.
Distinguish the plan from the events
Keep a scheduled dose separate from an actual dose entry. The schedule gives context; the log records the event you entered. If an event happened at a different time, record that difference rather than allowing the plan to stand in for the actual history.
A missing entry is a missing record, not proof of a missed dose. Checking your own information is more reliable than guessing what a blank part of the timeline means.
Use the same principles for TRT and peptide logs
Someone keeping TRT records or a peptide log may need the same basic structure: an existing protocol, dates, actual logged events, and their own observations. Stakphase records information entered by the user. Naming a protocol does not mean the app endorses it or supplies a recommended regimen.
This guide contains no dosing tables, cycle recommendations, injection instructions, or instructions for obtaining substances. Its subject is the organization of personal records.
Keep observations descriptive
Site history, wellbeing notes, and vital measurements add context to a dose log. Enter them clearly enough that you can understand the record later. Distinguish what you observed from what you think might explain it, and avoid replacing a missing detail with a confident guess.
Records close together in time do not establish cause and effect. Charts show entered data; they do not estimate drug levels or interpret your body's response.
Review and preserve the information
Periodically check whether the history still makes sense to you. Look for inconsistent names, unclear units, and entries you intended to verify. Review original records when a chart looks unexpected, rather than treating the chart as a substitute for the details.
Stakphase stores tracking records locally and does not require a mandatory account. Use its export and restore tools to maintain a separate backup. Protect exported files according to the information they contain.
Availability and scope
Stakphase remains in internal testing, with no public download or purchase available yet. Its purpose is personal tracking and recordkeeping. Current functions are unrestricted in testing; this guide does not assign any function to a future subscription or promise particular paid benefits.
