Record an observation while it is familiar
A short, specific entry is often easier to understand later than a long note reconstructed from memory. Describe what you noticed and keep the timing clear. If you enter a measurement, check the value and unit against the source you used before saving it.
There is no need to turn every observation into a conclusion. A journal can preserve what you experienced without deciding what caused it.
Keep measurements and impressions distinct
A measured value and a description of how you feel provide different information. Both can belong in a personal history, but one should not silently stand in for the other. When you return to an entry, you should be able to understand whether it reflects a reading you entered or an observation you recorded.
Consistent wording and units make comparisons easier. They also reduce avoidable confusion when reading older notes.
Understand what a chart represents
Charts in Stakphase are views of recorded data. Their detail depends on the entries available. If you did not log something, the chart cannot fill that gap with a measurement. An unusual point may be an accurate entry, a typing error, or a value that needs context outside the app.
Look at the underlying records when a chart raises a question. The display does not provide an explanation or a medical assessment.
Read nearby events without assuming a cause
A wellbeing entry may sit close to a dose or protocol event in your history. That timing can help you find relevant notes, but it does not prove that one event caused another. Other circumstances may be missing from the record, and the information may be incomplete.
Treat the journal as a description of what you entered. Questions about symptoms, measurements, or treatment belong with a qualified healthcare professional rather than a chart interpretation.
Make privacy part of your recording routine
Your tracking records are local, and logging does not require a mandatory account. App lock adds a step before accessing the app. These features support a personal recording workflow, but they do not make every exported file private wherever you put it.
Check the destination before saving or sharing an export. Store backups somewhere you control, and avoid including unnecessary personal detail when preparing a support request or showing someone an example.
Current scope and availability
Stakphase is currently in internal testing. There is no public download or purchase yet. Its journal is for recording wellbeing and vitals, with charts based on entered data. It does not offer health optimization, clinical scoring, diagnosis, or guidance on adjusting doses.
