Start with the protocol you already follow
A protocol gives your records a useful context. Enter the plan you have already chosen or received, then use its schedule to organize your tracking. Stakphase is a place to keep that information; it does not decide which substance, amount, or timing is appropriate for you.
A recorded plan should remain understandable when you return to it later. Use clear names and consistent units so you can recognize your own entries without relying on memory.
Keep the actual event separate
A scheduled entry is not evidence that you took a dose. When you log an actual dose, record what happened. For example, an event logged later than planned belongs in the history at its actual recorded time, rather than being treated as an exact copy of the schedule.
That distinction is about the accuracy of your notes. It is not advice about taking a late or missed dose, or changing a protocol.
Make older entries easier to review
A structured history helps answer practical questions: which event did you log, when did you record it, and which protocol did it belong to? Those questions are easier to revisit when the details are recorded together instead of spread across messages, paper notes, and a calendar.
If you notice an incorrect entry, check it against your own source before correcting it. A tidy timeline is useful only when it represents the information you intended to save.
Read charts as a view of your records
Stakphase charts use recorded data. They help you review the information you entered over time, but they do not establish what is happening inside your body. A gap in a chart may reflect a gap in logging. A change in recorded values does not explain its cause.
Review the underlying entries when something looks unexpected. Keeping those limits in mind makes the chart easier to use as a record.
Keep control of a local history
Tracking records are stored locally, and a mandatory account is not part of the logging workflow. App lock provides an additional access step within the app. Export options let you keep a separate copy of your records or inspect tabular data outside Stakphase.
Local storage also makes backups part of your routine. Review the export and restore guide before relying on a device change or reinstall to preserve your history.
Current availability
Stakphase is currently in internal testing. Public downloads and purchases are not available yet. This page describes its recording purpose and current functions; it does not offer dosing guidance, medical advice, or a promise about future paid features.
